Shipping and Return Policy

Limited Warranty Policy:

This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the one year warranty period. Warranty is for one year from original date of purchase.

During the warranty period UV-Blocker will replace, at no charge, products that proves defective of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

Include proof of purchase and a note explaining the problem with the product. UV-Blocker will send a replacement within 48 hours of receiving the defective product.

Customer must pay the shipping charges for the defective product to UV-Blocker.  UV-Blocker will pay the return shipping charges with the replacement to the customer.

Shipping Policy:

Orders are processed Monday - Friday during normal business hours. Orders are generally shipped in 1 business day after your order is processed and they normally take an additional 1 - 5 business days to arrive depending on the shipping method you select.

Return Policy:

You may return merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange minus shipping charges.

Return credits are issued within 48 hours once the item is received and inspected. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement. Please note that damages and defects must be reported within 10 days of delivery.

When returning merchandise please include a copy of your receipt and indicate the reason for your return.
