Shipping policy

We ship every order from our own facility in Bristol, Pennsylvania.

Processing time
Orders placed on a business day are usually packed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday ship the next business day after.

Shipping cost
Free Shipping on US Orders. There is no minimum order value — shipping is included in the price you see.

Delivery time (United States)
Once an order leaves us, it normally arrives within 1–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays, weather and peak periods can add time.

International orders
We ship internationally. Delivery times vary widely by destination — anywhere from a few days to around two weeks once the order leaves us. At checkout you'll see more than one shipping option: some include customs duties and import taxes in the price you pay, so there's nothing to pay on delivery. With the other options, any duties, import taxes or brokerage fees charged by the destination country are collected from you by the carrier when your order arrives. Check which option you've selected before paying.

Tracking your order
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If it hasn’t arrived within 7 business days of that email, contact us at CustomerService@UV-Blocker.com and we’ll track it down.

Wrong address or a missed delivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery. If you spot a mistake in your address, email us straight away — we can usually correct it before the order ships.

Damaged or missing items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged in transit, or an item is missing, contact us at CustomerService@UV-Blocker.com and we’ll make it right.

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy. Return shipping is paid by the customer and is non-refundable. Full details are in our Refund policy.
