Common questions

What if the unit isn't magnetic? Use the included Tough-Claw clamp on a pipe, rail or structural frame.

Will it hold in rooftop wind? The three magnets give a strong hold, and the vented canopy lets gusts pass through rather than lifting it.

What does the warranty cover? The RAM hardware has a limited lifetime warranty. The canopy fabric is covered for one year against UV fading or tearing in normal professional use.
