Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping
Orders placed on a business day are usually packed and shipped the next business day. Shipping is free on US orders, with no minimum order value. Once an order leaves us it normally arrives within 1–5 business days — an estimate, not a guarantee. We ship internationally too; delivery times vary by destination, and some checkout options include customs duties and import taxes while others leave them to be collected on delivery. Returns
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in the original packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping is paid by the customer and is non-refundable. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. One-year limited warranty
This limited warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use for one year from the original date of purchase. During the warranty period UV-Blocker will replace, at no charge, any product that proves defective in material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

To claim a warranty replacement, send the product to the address above with proof of purchase and a note explaining the problem. You pay the shipping to send the defective product to us; we pay the shipping to send the replacement back to you. Replacements are sent within 48 hours of us receiving the defective product.
