In Canada, workplace heat-stress rules come from your province or territory (or the federal code for federally regulated workplaces), and the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety points out that outdoor work means balancing heat stress against UV exposure. Does it hold in wind? Yes. The three magnets grip hard, and the vented canopy lets gusts pass through instead of lifting it.

What's the warranty? A limited lifetime warranty on the RAM hardware, plus one year on the canopy fabric against UV fading or tearing in normal professional use.
